Cancel an order
Sometimes, after an order is submitted, it may not be needed. However, you might want to keep it reference. In such cases, you can cancel the order - this way, it remains visible for review, but it cannot be resubmitted or processed.
1. On the Orders hub in the Receiving orders tab, locate the row containing the order to be canceled, check the box to the left, then click Cancel in the tab toolbar.
Multiple orders with a Created or Ready to receive status can be selected and cancelled.
2. Review the order(s) to be canceled in the confirmation pop-up window, then click the Proceed button.
3. After the cancellation processes, click the OK button to close the confirmation window.
The canceled order(s) will now only appear in the Receiving orders tab when filtering for orders with the Cancelled status.
